PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE, A FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 60 days from the date of receipt. If this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. Products must be unused, unwashed and the packaging has arrived exactly the same as the product.
2. Prompt handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products, where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
4. The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for the shipping costs.
6. The return will be processed within 7 working days and. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to initiate the return process. Send an email to: support@myvitalize.com
Make sure the email contains the following:
• Order number
• Reason for return request
• Photo of the product in case of breakage
• Customer's name and surname
• Customer's address
We will then talk to you and give you your return address.
Never return to the sender, we will send you the correct address when you have asked us to. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provision if he is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his commercial or professional activity.
A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received or transported the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery as it is not possible once the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser.
Record of shipments in transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel them. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.
In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us shipping confirmation.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, with the exception of the shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days after the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.
